I had a quiet 3-night stay here! . the room was big, functional, and complete with three single beds. the atmosphere created was quiet. This modern and quiet hotel is in a central location close to great nightclubs. It is so close to the cruise terminal, taxi services, and bars, restaurants, and the ferry terminal.

Within walking distance of bus station and the sights of Santa Cruz, in a quiet residential area.

Initial room placement beside stairs was very noisy, but after advising of the issue, staff were helpful and quick to move us to an alternative room. If they had not done so, we would have left early as a good night's sleep is priority, but the new room was also far more spacious with a good-sized balcony therefore we were much happier.

The hotel is modern and brand new, with balconies. It is conveniently located close to downtown Santa Cruz and restaurants. the Clique Bar & Lounge, offering shots and different drinks, is only 1 km away from the hotel.

Quiet area yet reasonably close to city center. decent breakfast in adjacent cafeteria. fairly nice and well-kept place. good value for money (at least during weekend).

One reception staff did not understand my english question "can I stay one more day?". Pretty remarkable since tenerife is such a major tourist island. wifi free but extremely slow, took ages for images to load, video- watching not possible. noise from corridors and doors slamming as fellow guests went in and out during the night/early morning. no international tv channels.

The location was great because it was really close to `` downtown '' Santa cruz, supermarket and restaurant. I was upgraded to an outstanding twin room for a hot drink.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, an electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television, and the inner courtyard view was a nice bonus.

The hotel is based in a nice residential area with plenty of shops and about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The hotel staff were very helpful although not much english spoken my little spanish and their little english meant we could converse quite well.The chap who checked me in was very helpful. Breakfast was fine also. The internet was also free which was good for keeping in touch with the family back in the UK.

The room was reasonable size and clean with small balcony overlooking the street outside. Breakfast was available in cafe attached to hotel but run separately by friendly lady with good English. Staff were helpful.

The location of the hotel was further from the town than expected. It was in an area that seemed to be mainly residential apartments. As an hotel for a city break it is not to be recommended but the hotel itself was fine.

The property was clean and newly decorated. Truly enjoyed having an electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a study table in the room. the bathroom was clean and the bed was good. the location was comfortable, just off the outskirts of the city, with a nice cafe offering friendly service next door, and stores and buses nearby. We had a perfectly pleasant time.

Stayed here before, and I will choose the place for future trips. It was a right place for rest, had pleasant time. Particularly good location for visiting cafés and bars next to the hotel. The staff was amazingly nice and pleasant in all services.

The hotel is perfectly located in a calm neighborhood. the room had all the amenities I needed like a cozy bed, electronic key card, work desk, and multi-channel TV. I especially enjoyed the pleasant view of the inner courtyard.
